Add or Edit Ticket Type

  1. Ticket Name: The ticket name is displayed to guests in the ticket selection on the event website and on the online ticket.
  2. Description: The description is displayed to guests in the ticket selection on the event website.
  3. Ticket Type:
    1. Personalized tickets are to be used as person-related admission tickets.
    2. Non-personalized tickets are to be used exclusively for services that are not admission tickets. These could be, for example, parking tickets that a guest can additionally purchase.
“Non-personalized tickets” cannot be captured (scanned) with the Invitario check-in tool. They are not recognized at check-in and are therefore to be considered exclusively as purchase items.
  1. PDF:
    1. By default, tickets are only provided to guests as online tickets. These can also be downloaded as PDFs.
    2. If you want to use exclusively PDF tickets in individual designs, select them here. All personalized PDFs created in > PDF are displayed for selection.
  2. Display on Ticket Page: After the order is completed, the guest receives a link to a page where all their ordered tickets are displayed. To not display the ticket on this page, because it is a “non-personalized ticket” and therefore not an admission ticket, deactivate this checkbox.
  3. Total Quota: Number of tickets of this type available in total. This number is not displayed to guests at any point. This is a mandatory field: if there is no limit, enter a very high number.
  4. Maximum Quantity per Order: Number of tickets that a guest can obtain with one order process.
  5. Price (gross): Ticket price per ticket. Any number greater than or equal to zero is allowed.
  6. Currency: The default value is EUR. You can change the currency in > Ticketing > Ticketing Configuration > General Settings for the entire event.
  7. Tax Rate: All values created in > Account > Administration > Tax Rates are displayed for selection.
  8. Restriction: Optionally select a segment to which the ticket type is exclusively displayed.
  9. Sales Start: Optionally enter the time from which the ticket type should be displayed to guests for selection on the event website.
  10. Sales End: Optionally enter the time from which the ticket type should no longer be displayed on the event website.
  11. Approval Required for Order:
    1. You can only complete the purchase of certain ticket types after your approval. For example, if you are giving discounts only to certain groups of people, you can first verify their identity. Only after your approval can the order process be completed and the admission ticket delivered.
    2. When this checkbox is activated, the order is interrupted after the guest confirms the purchase. The guest receives an appropriate notification.
    3. In the backend, you receive a warning next to > Cockpit and can view and approve or reject the order in the "Orders to be Released" box.
