Searching for guests and editing guest data

The guest list: searching for guests and viewing and editing guest data.

To search for a guest, open > Guests and enter the guest data in the search field.



Guest data page

To open a guest’s data page, click on > Show in the quick menu. The guest data page contains three tabs with all of the guest’s data:




  1. “Master data” tab:
    General information about the guest that will be shown for all events. Custom master data fields that were created under > Account > Contacts > Custom fields will be shown at the bottom of the page.

  2. “Event name” tab:
    Event-specific guest information such as tags, custom event fields, sessions or registration and check-in status.

  3. “History” tab:
    The guest’s history will provide you with an overview of all of the changes made to the guest’s data in the past.

Edit guest

To edit a guest, click on the guest’s name under > Guests, or click on > Edit in the > Quick menu. You can now edit the guest’s data, which is provided under two tabs:




  1. “Master data” tab:
    When making changes to this data, please bear in mind that the information shown under this tab are the guest’s master data and hence applied across all events. I.e. any changes made here will also be reflected in other events.
  1. “{Event name}” tab:
    This is where you can change the guest’s event-specific data such as registration and check-in status and any custom event fields. To make any changes to sessions with respect to a guest, please use the batch action in the guest list.
