In Invitario, you can add a header
image and logo to your event websites and mailings design, which will then be
displayed right at their top.
When doing so, you can either select a “global” header image and/or logo
for all of your event website’s subpages and all mailings or – where relevant –
individual ones for every subpage and mailing. The default setting for
every event is to use a global header image and logo.
The header image has a fixed width of 1,200 pixel, but no fixed height.
For many events, images with a size of 1,200 x 314 have proven to work very
well. Wider or narrower header images will be scaled to 1,200 pixel. Although
the header image height is flexible, it should still be between 314 to 750
pixel. If you want to create a high quality design, we recommend not deviating
from these specifications. Please also note that the files should be no greater
than 700kb.
Header image for wallet tickets for
smartphones: If
you would like to offer participants the option of selecting an electronic
ticket with an QR code for storage in a wallet on their smartphone (similar to
a boarding pass), you will need a 1,200 x 314 pixel header image. If your
header image’s height is greater (or less) than 314 pixel and you want it to be
displayed on wallet tickets, you will have to upload a separate 1,200 x 314
pixel image and assign it to the tickets under > Website > Tickets >
Header image.
Logo size: 1,080 x 60 pixel (WxH)
The optional logo has fixed height of 60 pixel. If you want to create a
high quality design, we recommend not deviating from this specification. The
logo does not have a fixed width, but should be 1,080 pixel wide to avoid
potential problems with displaying it in mail clients and browsers. Please
also note that the files should be no greater than 500kb.
Logo
for wallet tickets for smartphones: If you want to display your logo on your wallet
tickets, you will need to upload it as a separate 320 x 80 pixel (WxH) file and
assign it to the tickets under > Website > Tickets > Logo.
Images can be uploaded under > Design by dragging the files into the
header image or logo file upload fields.
Permitted file formats: PNG (incl. transparencies), JPG, GIF
(incl. animations)
You can also use header images or logos other than the event’s default
image in specific mails or website pages. To do so, create another design under
> Design by using the “Duplicate” option from the quick menu and upload the
alternative header image (logo) into the new design. Next, open the relevant
mailing or page and select the newly created design under > Design.
This option allows you to hide the header image or logo on selected
subpages of your event website and/or mailings.
This option can be directly activated in the element in which you want
the header image to be hidden, i.e. directly on the relevant event website
subpage or mailing. To do so, uncheck the “Show header image” or “Show logo”
checkbox right above the preview for the page or mailing, which is always
checked by default. To complete this action, save your change.
