Automatic event check-in through session check-in

In Invitario, you have the option to trigger an event check-in by enabling the "Automatic Event Control" function for a session. This useful mechanism simplifies the check-in process and ensures that participants are automatically recorded for the event. Here are the steps to use this function:
    • Open an existing session or add a new session.
    • Switch to the "Check-in" tab.

  2. Enable Automatic Event Control:

    • Find the "Automatic Event Control" option.
    • Check the box next to "Automatic Event Control".

  3. Save Your Settings:

    • Don't forget to save your changes by clicking the "Save" button.

Notes:

Checking the "Automatic Event Control" box must be done for each session separately. This allows for individual control and flexibility.
