Available paper formats for the label printer

With Invitario, you can print individual name labels for your participants. These can include information you select and can be designed either single-sided or double-sided. 

Notes
Note: Currently, the printers Brother QL-820NWB /QL-820NWBc and Epson CW-C4000 are supported for the printing function. The Brother models are thermal printers that can print on paper labels. Fabric labels or other materials are not available.

Which labels do I need for printing name badges?


Brother QL-820NWB /QL-820NWBc

This printer is a direct thermal printer with network, AirPrint and Bluetooth support and has proven itself at many companies and events. Since event networks are often overloaded, the printer stands out thanks to its Bluetooth capability.
For best results, we recommend using DK-22251, DK-22225 or DK-N55224 continuous labels.

Epson CW-C4000 

For printing double-sided badges, name badges and labels (butterfly badges), Invitario supports the use of the four-color Epson CW-C4000 printer. This is an inkjet color label printer that enables professional name badges with double-sided, borderless color printing – ideally via the web/desktop workflow with PDF output and local printing.

Direct printing from the iOS Check-In App supports Brother formats only. For mobile on-site printing, we therefore recommend Brother devices.
