Available paper formats for the label printer
With Invitario, you have the ability to print personalized name labels for your participants. These labels can contain information selected by you.
Note: Currently, the Brother QL-820NWB and Leitz ICON printers are supported for printing. These are thermal printers capable of printing on paper labels. Fabric labels or other materials are unfortunately not available.
What labels do I need for my name badge printing?
Brother QL-820NWB
This printer is a direct thermal printer with network, AirPrint, and Bluetooth support, which has made a name for itself at numerous companies and events. Due to frequent network overload at events, this printer excels with its Bluetooth capability.
For best results, we recommend using DK-22251, DK-22225, or DK-N55224 continuous labels.
The following formats are available by default in Invitario
DK-22251 | 90x62mm | Adhesive label |
DK-22225 | 90x38mm | Adhesive label |
DK-N55224 | 86x54mm | Paper label |
Other formats can also be created for you upon request. For an overview of the available labels for the QL-820 NWB, you can find a summary
here.
Leitz ICON
Invitario also supports the use of the Leitz ICON label printer. This direct thermal printer is network and AirPrint capable, but is no longer available in stores. Due to the lack of Bluetooth support, we recommend using the Brother QL-820NWB.
The following formats are available by default in Invitario
Leitz #70030001 | 90x88mm | Adhesive label |
Leitz #70040001 | 90x61mm | Adhesive label |
Leitz #70050001 | 90x57mm | Paper label |
Leitz #70070001 | 90x38mm | Adhesive label |
Other formats can also be created for you upon request. For an overview of the available labels for the QL-820 NWB, you can find a summary
here.
Both printer models can also be rented from us for your event. Just contact us for more information.
