Can deregistrations also be recorded using the registration form?
Exceptions:
- It is set to "Registrations Only" in > Forms > Edit Form > "Settings" tab > Type of Registration.
- A ticketing configuration is linked to the form (i.e., it is a "Ticketing Event").
