Configure Forms for Data Update

You can configure forms to update guest data. In this configuration, guests can fill in or change fields but will not be registered or deregistered from the event and will not receive a confirmation email.

Such forms can be sent, for example, in connection with save-the-date mailings to generate current address data for the mailing of printed invitations. Or to query further guest data in a second process step after registration.
  • To create a data update form, click the "+ Add Form" button in the menu item > Forms and follow this guide.
  • In the "Settings" tab, select the "update data only" option in the "Registration Type" field.
The fields in the "Confirmation" tab are not required. After submitting the form, a notification text is displayed to the guests, which cannot be changed.
