Create invitation nomination lists
- First, create the event in Invitario.
- Create an account target group in > Account > Target Groups and add it to the newly created event.
- In the event, call up the guest list in > Guests and export it.
- Add a "Delete" column to the exported list and forward it within the organization. A value should be entered in the "Delete" column for guests to be deleted. The "Access Code" column must not be deleted.
- After receiving the edited list, start the import wizard in the event in > Guests.
- In step 4 "Settings" of the import wizard, make the following settings:
- Unique field in the contact database: Access Code
- How to handle existing contacts?: Existing contacts will be updated
- Delete contacts not found in the import file: Yes.
- Delete existing guests who have a value in this field: Delete
- Complete the import.
- Guests with an entry in the "Delete" column and rows/guests no longer in the list will be removed from the guest list.
