Customise online tickets for the smartphone (wallet)

With Invitario, you can provide your participants with online tickets for each event. When a participant opens the ticket page on their smartphone, they can optionally choose a ticket for their smartphone and save it in their "Wallet" – similar to a flight ticket.

Since this is an internationally standardized ticket format, the following settings should be considered for optimal results. In addition to the header image, you can also use a logo.

How to make adjustments:
  1. Create a header image in the format 1,200 x 314 pixels (W x H)
  2. Optional: Create a logo in the format 320 x 80 pixels (W x H)
  3. Upload your file(s) via the file manager
  4. Navigate to the "Website" menu at the event level
  5. Display "System Pages"
  6. Open the page "Tickets"
  7. Select "Header Image" and "Logo"
  8. Click the "Save" button
Once the participant has saved their ticket in the wallet, they can view the following information in the detail view:
  • Event name
  • Start: Date and time
  • End: Date and time
  • Event location: Name of the location and country
  • Event location address
  • Contact: Company, contact person, phone number, and email address

Sharing online tickets from the wallet: Once the participant has saved the ticket in their wallet, it can be easily shared with others. This is especially useful if companions have been registered: The main guest can send an online ticket from the wallet to their companions using this feature.
