Adding guests to an event
Invitario contains a number of options for adding guests to an event
1. Importing guests in bulk:
2. Adding individual guests:
Click on the
“Add guest” symbol under > Guests and select “New or from contacts” and then “New guest”. Next, complete the required fields and then save your data. Invitario will now add a new guest to the guest list and simultaneously add this guest as a contact in the account under > Contacts.
3. Adding guests from the account database
Click on the
“Add guest” symbol under > Guests and select “New or from contacts” and then “From contacts”. Next, select one or multiple contacts and add them to the event by selecting the relevant action from the “Select action” menu at the bottom of the list.
At the account level, all of the guests (across all events) are shown under > Contacts. You can centrally manage all of these guests from here and assign them to categories using > Target groups. These account target groups can be used as invitation lists and for adding existing contacts to new event’s guests lists in bulk.
