How can I provide guests with the QR codes for check-in?

When registering, separate online tickets are created for the main guest – and if companion registration is allowed, also for the companion – each containing individual QR codes.

These online tickets can be accessed individually and presented at the event entrance on a smartphone. Additionally, online tickets can be downloaded, printed, forwarded by the main guest to the companion, and saved in the smartphone wallet.

You can insert the QR code (e.g., in the confirmation email) using the "Macros - Ticket" option in the text editor.

The following types are available:
  1. "Button Ticket": Adds a button that leads to the ticket overview page. Here, individual online tickets can be accessed. This is particularly recommended if companion registration is possible because it displays previews of all online tickets.
  2. "QR Code": Inserts the main guest's QR code directly into the mailing. This is recommended only if companion registration is not possible.
  3. "Online Ticket (URL)": Adds a link to the online ticket. Online tickets are wallet-compatible and can also be downloaded, printed, and forwarded. This is recommended only if companion registration is not possible.
  4. "Tickets": Adds the link to the ticket overview page.
