How can I reset a ticket?
To reset an already tested ticketing event and delete all test registrations and orders including invoices, follow these steps:
Step 1: Event Settings
Make sure your event is in Setup mode. To do this, click on "Settings" in the menu.
In the "Status" dropdown, select Setup and save.
Step 2: Reset Orders
Next, reset all orders and invoices.
Select Orders under the Ticketing menu.
In the order list, click on "Reset" and confirm the prompt by clicking "Confirm".
Step 3: Reset Guest List
Next, reset the guest list or set the registration status of all guests to unknown.
Select Guests in the menu.
Click on Reset and confirm the prompt by clicking "Confirm".
Step 4: Delete Test Guests
Finally, delete the guests created during testing using the action bar.
Select Delete in the dropdown and apply to all.
Your event has now been reset.
