With Invitario, emailings can be sent to the entire guest list or only segments of the list.
To send emailings (to guest segments), the following conditions must be met:
- The event must be active: You can change this in > Cockpit or > Settings.
- The emailing must be "active": You can change this on the "Edit" page of the respective emailing at the top right.
If either of these conditions is not met, only test mails can be sent to guests who have the checkbox in the "Tester" field (see guest details) selected.
You can now open the sending page of the desired emailing by clicking on the quick menu (three dots) next to the desired emailing in > Mailings and selecting > Send. Or you can open the desired emailing and click the "Save & Send" button at the bottom of the page.
On the sending page, all segments will be displayed for selection. To trigger the sending, at least one segment must be selected.
