Optimized Event Registration
Our voucher codes have received an efficient update: Guests and participants can now register directly for an event with the voucher code and complete the registration in one step. This eliminates the need for separate emails and improves the user experience of event registration.
Webex Integration
Our virtual family is growing: In addition to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube, and Vimeo, Webex now joins the ranks of useful collaboration tools. Webex meetings and Webex webinars can now be conducted directly in the Invitario account.
Here are the key features of the integration at a glance:
- Create virtual and hybrid events directly in Invitario
- Invitation management and participant registration via Invitario
- Webex participants do not need to register separately
- Manage all event communication with Invitario
- After each Webex event, participant activity data is displayed in Invitario
