No summer break for us! New features and improvements are now available in Invitario - here is the July report.

Custom Tracking Script (Beta)

Learn more about your participants' interests now!
With the Custom Tracking Script, you can gather meaningful data about your participants and enable precise alignment of further actions in marketing and sales. Simply add your preferred tracking tool directly into Invitario as a "Custom Tracking Script" and analyze participant behavior to improve your future events. 
This feature needs to be manually activated in your account by our support team.

Other Improvements

Webhook Updates

More security for webhooks: From now on, webhooks will be sent with a signature to ensure secure communication between applications.
Additionally, each account has an individual client secret for all webhooks. This ensures that the data is well protected!  

System Target Group for a Session Guest List

In combination with a multi-step form, conditions can now be added that refer to a session selection in a previous step.

Example: In the first step, the event day is selected, and in the second step, the session selection for the date selected in the previous step.


New Overview of Our Integrations

Now you can see all the options for connecting Invitario with other tools on one clear page.


New Macro: Event Description

From now on, the event description can be inserted as a macro everywhere. The event description can now be easily added from anywhere via macros.

Significant Advancements in Our Multi-Step Registration Forms

Here are the current highlights:
  1. Change the order of form fields easily via drag and drop.
  2. Name individual form steps to maintain a clear overview.


  3. Add additional fields to individual forms even more easily now.
