June has been another particularly busy month for our team! With new updates and features, it's time for another report.
Session Waitlist Updates
The waitlist feature has received several practical improvements and updates to make participant management even more efficient:
- The well-known waitlist modal is now also available for the session waitlist
- Changes to the registration limit of an event or session can be made directly in the modal
- Participants can now be registered with just one click, and optionally, the new system email can be sent directly to the promoted guests.
Session Calendar Updates
There are also some news for the session calendar:
Participants can now view their sessions, where they are on the waitlist, directly in the session calendar.
- Sessions can now be grouped by status
- Additionally, the status of each session can be displayed directly in the calendar
Webhooks
We have added our first webhooks in Invitario. These provide an efficient communication option between different applications and seamless integration. Webhooks can be created for the following actions:
- Participant is registered
- Participant is unregistered
- Participant is checked in
- Event is created
- More are in the pipeline
This feature must be manually activated in your account by our support team.
It is no longer necessary to link two forms via the custom confirmation URL. Those days are over, as our team has implemented a new feature in Invitario that offers numerous benefits for registration. Here are two highlights:
- Ask your participants for relevant information step by step
- Use the information to improve your registration process
This feature must be manually activated in your account by our support team.
Session Check-in Triggers Event Check-in
Effective immediately and very practical:
- Session check-in can trigger an event check-in
- This is especially useful when sessions are used for managing multi-day events
- Our check-in managers certainly love this new feature
