Some of our most popular features received an update this month. Find all the details and highlights in this report.
HubSpot Updates
After integrating the popular CRM system into Invitario, we already have the first updates to make the application even more efficient and easier to use.
- Interactions and status changes of a participant in Invitario are now also displayed in the activity overview in HubSpot.
- Field mapping: From now on, the user can decide which fields for contact information are automatically transferred to HubSpot and which are not.
- HubSpot Sync can now be activated per event. For example, the sync to HubSpot can be disabled for internal events.
Order participants on the waiting list
For more efficient participant management and prioritization of desired target groups and special participants, you can now order the sequence of participants on the waiting list.
- The position of a single participant or multiple participants on the waiting list can be adjusted.
This feature only applies to automatic waiting lists!
Update Default Settings for Participant Export
Existing participant list exports can now be easily edited and saved anew.
