- In a check-in configuration, you define which functions are available in the check-in tool.
- You can adjust the existing standard configuration and add additional individual configurations in addition to the standard configuration.
- To edit an existing check-in configuration, click on the name or “Edit” in the > Quick Menu.
- To create a check-in configuration, click on the “
Check-in Configuration” icon, or duplicate an existing check-in configuration using the > Quick Menu.
- Each created configuration generates login data for the “Invitario Check-in-Tool”, which is displayed in a login guide.

Step 2: Using the Login Data at the Event
- Click on “Instructions” in the quick menu to access the login data.

- To access the login data of all check-in configurations, click the “All Configurations” button.
