In 2025 at Invitario, it was all about speed, automation, and an improved user experience. Many of the new features are direct responses to feedback from our customers — and that’s exactly why they make a real difference in everyday work: from noticeably faster load times and simplified translations to more precise audience targeting. 

These updates will help you to plan events more efficiently and deliver them more professionally.

Faster Loading Times

Performance first: Since December 2025, we transitioned to a serverless infrastructure. This change results in faster loading times and greater stability, even during periods of high usage without compromising data security - our data location remains unchanged.

Multilingual Events Without Effort

Creating multilingual events in Invitario is now so much easier - event content can be translated directly within the editor. One more thing - simply copy your text and paste it into the new translation tabs — the formatting will be applied automatically. 

On-Demand Webinars

Digital sessions such as webinars can now be made available on demand. This allows interested participants to register even after the live session has ended — helping you generate new leads continuously without additional effort.

Past and upcoming webinars can also be displayed flexibly in either a shared calendar or separate calendars.

Smarter Audience Filters

Audience filters are now clearer and more powerful. Filters can be combined and organized into logical groups for more precise segmentation.

For the first time, global audiences at the account level (for example, "internal teams" or "competitors") are automatically available across all events. Any changes to them are applied everywhere, reducing the need for ongoing manual updates.

Professional Name Badges in Butterfly Format

Emails can now be scheduled relative to the date and time of events or sessions. If an event time changes, the email schedule automatically adjusts — no manual updates needed.

Best of all, these logic rules can also be saved in templates and reused for future events.

Faster Check-in from Any Device

Whether you use a smartphone, tablet, or laptop, the new mobile browser-based check-in service works on any device. After scanning a QR code, the participant list becomes instantly available.
Of course, our iOS app remains available as well.

Security

The security of open registration forms has been improved with the integration of an Altcha verification (“I am not a robot”).
