We’re excited to announce the latest enhancements to Invitario, designed to improve your event management experience. Our Web Check-in now includes session check-in for better attendance insights, and we've introduced new guest tickets for greater customization. Additionally, we've improved security by adding Captcha verification to our E-mail login process, ensuring your event data remains secure.
Our Web-check-in and our tickets are now “session-ready”. Both features received several updates helping our users simplify the check-in process for their guests. Complex event registrations and check-ins have never been easier – for event managers and participants alike.
After our iOS App, our beloved Web-check-in can also be used for session check-in and check-outs.
Some highlights of this Web-check-in Version:
A list view of all sessions of the event including the number of registrations, check-ins and guests on the waiting list
sessions have been added to the guest detail view
guest can be checked in directly in the session guest list to the session
session check-out in the guest detail view
the filters have been updated to reflect session status
During the roll-out, the Web-checkin v2 needs to be activated in your account by our support team. If you want to try it out, just contact our support; they are happy to guide you through the updated version.
Each session can create a ticket of its own. To create a session ticket:
Go to Sessions
Select the session
Tab “View”
Check “Show as ticket”
Setup the ticket content block accordingly (see below)
The macro {{guest.tickets}} was updated and is now a content block. Like the macro, the new “Ticket content block” is created automatically on the ticket website of every event.
This content block is a great addition when working with session tickets since it offers different settings:
Show the event ticket
Show the session tickets (all sessions that create a ticket and the guest has registered for)
Show both
event and
session tickets
Additionally, we can group tickets:
No grouping
Grouped by guest (this is especially useful if we work with companions)
Grouped by date
To further improve the use of our wallet tickets, we now set the end date of the event as the expiration date in the background. This will keep the ticket in the wallet for several days when we work with multi-day events.
Whenever we want to work with one ticket for a multi-day event – this update is our friend.
Once again, we made life harder for bots and we like it. We have added Captcha to e-mail login to prevent bots from using this form.
For security reasons Captcha cannot be activated when using e-mail login.
Session registration status was added to the guest list export
