We are excited to share the newest updates and improvements to our event marketing platform. Our team has been working hard to bring a variety of new features and enhancements to improve your event management experience and marketing efforts. This release focuses on three main areas: new and improved integrations, API and webhook updates as well as UI/UX improvements.
We have enhanced our integration to automatically reflect Invitario session updates in TwentyThree Webinars. This ensures your webinar information remains accurate and up-to-date across both platforms, streamlining your workflow and improving efficiency.
Event key visuals (the event header) are now synced to TwentyThree Webinars as thumbnails, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing presentation across both platforms.
This update marks a significant milestone in enhancing the functionality and user experience for our valued customers, enabling a more seamless and powerful connection between Invitario and Microsoft Dynamics 365. With this beta version, users can expect improved synchronization capabilities, streamlined data management, and enriched insights that will drive more effective event marketing strategies.
Connecting your Invitario account with MS Dynamics 365 is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to establish the integration:
Navigate to Administration: Log in to your Invitario account and go to the ‘Administration’ section.
Access Integrations: Within the ‘Administration’ menu, select the ‘Integrations’ option.
Select MS Dynamics 365: From the list of available integrations, choose ‘MS Dynamics 365’.
Go to the Connection Tab: Click on the ‘Connection’ tab within the MS Dynamics 365 integration settings.
Enter Base URL: In the provided field, enter your Base URL for MS Dynamics 365.
Save: Click the ‘Save’ button to establish the connection.
Once saved, your Invitario account will be connected to MS Dynamics 365, enabling seamless data synchronization and enhanced functionality.
Since the MS Dynamics 365 integration is currently in Beta, customers need to contact our support (support@invitario.com) team to request early access. Our support will help you setup the integration and answer all upcoming questions along the way.
Once your accounts are connected - the synchronisation can start. When creating an event, users can decide during the creation process if they want to sync this specific event to MS Dynamics 365.
Invitario’s MS Dynamcis 365 integration uses Microsofts' “Customer Insights - Journeys” to map event and guest data.
More about MS Dynamics Customer Insights – Journeys (Event planning)
When an invitario event is synced to MS Dynamics as an event, updates in invitario will automatically be synced to MS Dynamics.
Whenever a guest is registered to a synced event in Invitario, he will be created as such in MS Dynamics Customer Insights – Journeys.
Currently there is no check for existing guests or contacts in MS Dynamics when creating a new guest. This check has to be configured in MS Dynamics.
Sending mailings to different guest segments was never easier. We have updated the segment selection during the send-mailing process to make this step even more user-friendly.
We are always working on making the first steps to your Invitario event as comprehensive and easy as possible. To save the most of your time we further improved our event wizard to now include the Tag line and Event description in the initial setup.
In a politically divided world, every organisation needs to find a way of dealing with uncertainty and constant change. To enable account administrators to comply with their companies' standards we now allow editing the country selection in all invitario forms of their organization.
We are excited to announce a new feature for our webhook users. Now, when a guest is added to an event, a "guest created" notification will be pushed via webhook. This update ensures that you can seamlessly sync guest data with your databas, enhancing your event management and data integration processes.
This update enhances the reliability of data transfer between systems by automatically resending failed webhooks. If a webhook fails to deliver, our system will now attempt to resend it, ensuring critical information is consistently communicated and minimizing the risk of data loss or interruption in your workflow.
Developers can now request data via API within a selected timeframe. For more details visit our API documentation.
