The Invitario web check-in at the event
Step 1: Opening the Web-Checkin
- On your own notebook: In the Invitario backend in the event by clicking on the menu item > Check-in (START plan) or in the open menu item > Check-in in the quick menu > Web-Checkin
- On an external notebook: With the URL https://live.invitario.com/checkin/ and the login code of the login instructions, which you can call up in the event in the menu item > Check-in.
Step 2: Using the Web-Checkin
Search and check in guests by name:
- Enter the guest's name in the search field.
- Click on the guest's name in the search result to open the guest's detail view on the right.
- Click the Check-in button to check in the guest. The button disappears, and the check-in time is displayed in the check-in status.
- Click the "Reset search" icon on the top right to start a new search.
The search query searches the following fields: first name, last name, company, access code, and individual access code.
If the "Print" function is activated in the check-in configuration, the "Print" button is displayed after check-in, which can trigger the printing of a name tag.
Check in companions:
- If the guest has registered for the event with a companion, this is displayed in their detail view.
- After checking in the guest, the companion can be called up there, and the companion's detail view is displayed.
- Tap the Check-in button to check in the companion.
- Repeat the process to check in any further companions.
- Companions are displayed directly above or below their respective main guests in the search result.
"Go shows": Add and check in a new guest
- To add a new main guest, tap the "(+) Add" icon at the bottom of the search result.
- Enter the data in the input window to check in the new guest immediately.
- Check the box "Check-in immediately" to check in the participant when creating it.
- Confirm the entry with "Save".
To add the guest only and check in later, leave the "Check-in immediately" box inactive.
You can also add and check in new companions by tapping "Add New Companion" in the guest's detail view. - Filter guest list: You can filter the guest list in the left sidebar with the "Quick Filters"
- Tags: You can also filter and display your guests according to the tags created in the backend under > Segments > Tags.
- Print all labels: This function generates a printable file of all name tags in the guest list.
