Understanding system target groups
Invitario automatically creates "system target groups" for each event.
You can view these in > Segments > Target Groups by selecting "only system target groups" in the "System Target Groups" field.
Automatically created system target groups are:
- All Guests: All guests in the event.
- Main Guests Only: All guests not registered as companions.
- Registered Guests: All guests with the registration status "registered".
- Deregistered Guests: All guests with the registration status "deregistered".
- Unconfirmed Guests: All guests with the default registration status "unknown".
- Participants: All guests with the check-in status "arrived".
- Go Shows: All guests with the registration status "unknown" and the check-in status "arrived".
- Non-Participants: All guests with the registration status "registered" and the check-in status "not arrived".
- Testers: All guests with the "Tester" checkbox active.
- Tag "{Tag-Name}": When creating a tag, the system automatically creates a target group with the name of the respective tag.
You can use system target groups as a basis for individual target groups: Duplicate the system target group and add another filter criterion, for example, to filter only registered guests of a specific tag segment.
