Understanding the software: Structure & Design of Invitario

Invitario operates on two levels:

1st level: Account

In this upper administration level you can manage your central contact database, create cross-event target groups and manage your team.
You can always reach this level by clicking on "Account" in the header bar.


The most important functions:
  • Administration of users and events
  • Cross-event contact management
  • Creation of individual master data fields
  • Cross-event target groups
  • Creation and management of sender e-mail addresses
  • Administration of sub-accounts

2nd level: Events

Here you have access to all the functions for implementing the invitation and attendee management of an event.
You reach the event level by clicking on the event name in the event list in the menu item > Events or by selecting the desired event in the header line under "Events".

Account contact database as "central storage"

With Invitario you can manage your contacts securely and centralized in one database. Customize the database to your individual requirements and combine contacts into target groups that are available to you across events.

The most important functions at a glance:
  • Administration of teams/departments.
  • Import and export wizard of CSV files.
  • Creation of contact groups for analysis or creation of guest lists.
  • Extensive filter and search functions that allow easy creation and management of large guest lists.
  • Creation of invitation lists by adding contacts from the database, import or manual input.
  • Creation of specific master data fields.
