Update & Release Report No. 19: Waiting list (November 2019)

Invitario now allows the capture of waitlist registrations

The limit on the maximum number of registrations for an event was already available, and no further registrations were possible once the limit was reached. Now, registrations for the waitlist can be captured for fully booked events.

The waitlist function is an "add-on feature" that needs to be enabled. Contact your Invitario representative if you do not find this feature in your account.

Key features of the waitlist in detail:
  1. In the event settings under the "Waitlist" tab, the function is activated and the limit is set, after which only waitlist registrations are possible for guests.


  2. Once the limit is reached, the registration form on the event website will indicate the waitlist registration:


  3. Waitlist registrations are displayed in the backend with the new registration status "On Waitlist" (status color: orange):

  4. Guests registered on the waitlist can be confirmed or rejected individually or in bulk via > Guests > Select Action:


  5. Confirmed guests are shown with the registration status "registered". Rejected guests are shown with the new registration status "Rejected" (status color: dark gray).


  6. In > Mailings, pre-designed emails are available to inform confirmed or rejected guests.
