It's time for another update! In December, our team worked diligently on further improvements and practical features for Invitario. In this report, we present the new features and changes.
System Event Calendar [DEV-5780]
Efficient Event Management!
The event calendar is here! It allows centralized management and announcement of events, greatly simplifying communication for each event. It provides a clear overview and facilitates coordination of planned activities. This eliminates the need for maintaining additional event calendars and keeps all events in view at all times.

- Design editor for event and session calendars
- Numerous filter options
- Personalized event schedule for your participants
Improved User Experience for File Upload [DEV-6007]
Whether PDF, text, image, or spreadsheet - we have improved the user experience for uploading various files. We made several adjustments to the event website to ensure that your participants are visually informed about the current upload status of their file. It shows how far the upload has progressed and whether it was successful.
Here is an overview of the most important changes:
- Improved file upload for your participants

- Preview of uploaded files
- Only valid file formats can be selected
