Using the file manager

The file manager can be used to upload files for integration on the event website or mailings. This is also where you can access files uploaded by guests through the registration form.

To open the file manager, click on > File manager in the menu on the left:

  1. To upload a file , drag it into the box with the blue border or click on the “ File” button.
  2. Uploaded files can be inserted into the event website or mailings by selecting “Macros - file” in the editor tool list.
  3. To only view the files uploaded by guests through the form on the event website, select “Guest” under “Uploaded by”.
  4. To open the file, click on the link symbol next to the file name.neben dem Dateinamen. 



The file manager supports files up to 10 MB
You can use the quick menu to perform the following actions:
  1. Edit: Opens the editor page. This page can also be opened by clicking on the file “Name”.
  2. Delete: You will only be able to delete a file if it is not “In use”.
Edit files:
  1. To edit files, click on the file name in the list.
  2. You can change the file name in the “Name” field.
  3. The “File description” will be shown on the event website when hovering over the file.
  4. To provide a link to the file on the event website, enter the corresponding target URL in the “Link URL” field.
