What is the difference between the Account Level and the Event Level?
Invitario is basically divided into two levels:
Account Level
At the higher account level, events, the central contact database, as well as user and settings for email, data protection, and payment methods are managed. You can access the account level directly after logging into Invitario or by clicking on Account in the navigation bar or on the account name displayed above the event name in the side menu on the left.
Menu Items/Functions of the Account Level:
- Events
- Contacts
- Target Groups
- Data & Imprint
- Administration
- Users
- Accounts
- Senders
- Payment Methods
- Tax Rates
- Settings
Only users who have been created as administrators or have been granted the corresponding permissions by the administrator have access to the account level. The administrator of your account can set this for each user.
Event Level
This is where the daily work on an event takes place – all functions for implementing the invitation and participant management are available to you.
Menu Items/Functions of the Event Level:
- Cockpit
- Quotas
- Guests
- Segments
- Mailings
- Ticketing
- Sessions
- Forms
- Website

Please note that the functions and access rights available to you at the account level depend on both the selected pricing plan and the settings made by the administrator of your account for your user. Contact your administrator to request the activation of certain functions if necessary.
