Why is the deregistration button not displayed?

Why is the deregistration button not displayed?

The unsubscribe button is displayed in the form if:
The unsubscribe option is active in the form > Form > Settings > Type of Registration > Registrations and Unsubscriptions,
AND
a guest listed in the guest list with A-status "unknown" or "registered" accesses the form via a personalized link,
OR
a guest listed in the guest list with A-status "unknown" or "registered" accesses the form via login.

Unsubscriptions can also be captured with the "Direct Unsubscribe Link", which can be inserted via macro in mailings, websites, dynamic content.
Here, any mandatory fields are ignored and the guest is directly sent to the confirmation page (text: "Unsubscription").
Any target group restrictions at the form level also apply here: Please ensure that the direct unsubscribe link is only used if the option "Type of Registration > Registrations and Unsubscriptions" is also active in the assigned form.

The unsubscribe button is NOT displayed if:
A new user, who is not yet listed in the guest list, accesses the form,
OR
a guest listed in the guest list accesses the form without identifying themselves, i.e., with an unpersonalized link or without login,
OR
a guest listed in the guest list with A-status "unsubscribed" accesses the form via a personalized link,
OR
a guest listed in the guest list with A-status "unsubscribed" accesses the form via login.
