Creation of a registration form for manual registration of guests by backend users
To register guests who cannot register themselves via the registration form, you can create a custom registration form that only backend users can access. This form can be configured differently from the public registration form, such as omitting or including fields, or allowing the registration of companions.
To create a backend registration form, follow these steps:
- Create an additional form in > Forms that includes the desired specifications.
- In > Forms, click on the "three dots menu" in the list view and select "Use as Backend Registration Form".
- In > Guests, "Backend Registration Form" will now appear in the "three dots menu" for each guest. Clicking on the icon will open the backend form with the data of the selected guest.
Once the guest is registered via the backend registration form, they will receive a confirmation email if a corresponding confirmation is set for the form. Learn more about setting up confirmation messages
