Subsequent Nominations
After sending the initial invitations, do you want to continuously invite additional guests? Invitario offers numerous functions for inviting subsequent nominations—whether you want to invite one, dozens, or hundreds of contacts afterward.
Add New Guests
To add a new guest, click on the "Guests" menu item in the event, click the "Add Guest" icon 
and select the "Guest Import" option.
Sending Mailings to Subsequent Nominations
Sending a previously sent mailing—such as the invitation—to contacts subsequently added to the guest list can be done in two ways:
- Through the "Guests" menu – ideal for sending to individual guests: Using the quick menu at the end of the guest list, you can send any mailing to individual or multiple selected guests.
- Through the "Mailings" menu – ideal for sending to multiple guests: If you want to send a mailing afterward to all guests added since the previous dispatch, select the checkbox "send only to new recipients" in the dispatch settings (more information on mailings can be found here).
