Link to an empty (non-personalised) registration form

However, there may be occasions when you want to allow your recipients to register other people for the event if they cannot attend themselves. To do this, you need to work with non-personalized links.

1. Using Macros to Link to the Homepage or the Standard Registration Page:
  1. In the editor > Macros - Website (from > Mailings or > Dynamic Content):
  2. "Event Homepage (non-personalized)": Inserts a non-personalized link to the homepage.
  3. "Registration (non-personalized)": Inserts a non-personalized link to the registration page.
Note: If you insert a non-personalized link to the homepage or registration page that is protected by a login, the guest will be shown the login page. To prevent this, either disable the login protection (> Website > Edit > Uncheck "Login Required" checkbox) or create a new page without login protection in > Website and link to it.

2. Linking to Another System Page or a Custom Page:
Insert the URL of the desired page at the desired location and add "?logout" at the end of the URL
e.g.  https://domain.com/event-url/page-url?logout

  1. Insert the link in the mailing to allow recipients to directly register another/new guest from the mailing.
  2. Insert the link in > Forms (e.g., in the "Settings" tab > Text above the registration form, or in the "Fields" tab in a text field in the form, or in the "Confirmations" tab in one of the text fields) to allow the guest to directly register another/new guest from the form or confirmation message after registration or deregistration.
Note: In the text fields of the forms, the macro selection "Macros - Website" is not displayed. Therefore, create a > Dynamic Content, insert the desired macro there, and insert the dynamic content with > Macros - Content in the text field of the form.

You can work with referrers in Invitario to track which invited guests made the registration for newly created guests. Learn more about it here.
