The cockpit for events with ticketing

For events with active "Ticketing", additional data relevant to ticket sales is displayed in addition to the standard functions.

This article only covers the data displayed in the cockpit that is automatically shown for events with active ticketing. An overview of the standard cockpit functions for all events can be found here.

Latest Orders

Displays the names of the buyers of the latest successfully completed orders in green.
If the "to be checked" option was selected for ticket types, they are displayed at the top of this block in red. They can be called up directly for verification.



Tickets

Displays the number of tickets sold and the respective gross revenue for each ticket type.



Check-in Status - Tickets

This block displays which tickets by ticket type were checked in at the event. This block will only be displayed once at least one ticket has been checked in.
Each ticket type is displayed with the number of sold and checked-in tickets (Checked-in/Sold).



This assumes that tickets were recorded using the Invitario check-in function. More information can be found in the "Check-in" section.
