Working with lists from sessions

In the session list view, you have an overview of all created sessions, including the registration status. Therefore, the session list is useful both during the setup phase and the ongoing registration process.

Open the session list in the event under > Sessions:

  1. Here you can see all the sessions you need for your event.
  2. The list displays the basic data of the session, as well as the number of registrations and, if applicable, the session quota in the "Registrations" column.
  3. The "Usage" column shows whether the session has been selected in a target group or an app configuration and which ones they are.
  4. To delete a session, use "Select Action".

Please note that a session can only be deleted if it is not used in a target group or a check-in configuration, and does not have any guest registrations.

Adding sessions:

  1. To create a new session, click on the "+ Session" symbol  .
  2. With the "Bulk Edit" button, you can edit all sessions in bulk and add more sessions.

  3. You can also create new sessions by duplicating one or more sessions.

  4. Here you can find a detailed description of how to add or edit sessions.

Session Categories:

  1. To create or manage session categories, click on the "Categories" button.

If you want to add or remove a session category to multiple sessions in bulk, use "Select Action".
  2. Here you can find a detailed description of how to use session categories.
