Working with Mailings

You can create and send email mailings in HTML format and with a custom design. Mailings can be sent in bulk to all guests, to a guest segment, or to individual guests. It is also possible to set up automatic emails for registration or cancellation confirmations in Invitario.

All email mailings required for event communication with your guests are managed under the menu item > Mailings.
Depending on the sending method, the system distinguishes between two types of mailings:
  1. Bulk Mails: The sending must be triggered by an Invitario user, e.g., save-the-date, invitations, reminders.
  2. Transactional Mails: These are automatically triggered after a form is submitted, such as registration or cancellation confirmations. These can be identified by the prefix “Confirmation Mail - …” in the name.
