How can I share the check-in statistics with third parties?

It can be helpful to give access to the check-in statistics to individuals who are not Invitario users and thus do not have access to the Invitario backend. For this use case, you can utilize the "Read-Only Mode" of the Invitario App or the Web Check-in.

1. The Invitario App

People who own an Apple iOS device (e.g., iPad or iPhone) can easily retrieve the current check-in status via the Invitario App.
How to install our app and more details can be found here
Then you create a so-called "Read-Only" check-in configuration. Everything about check-in configurations can be found  here.
When creating a Read-only check-in configuration, make sure that under App Permissions  (Edit Guests, Add Guests, Add Companions, Status Change, Print)  no check marks are set.

2. In the Browser

For people using Android devices or who want to monitor the check-in situation via a browser, you can use the already created Read-only check-in configuration as a Web Check-in. To do this, go to the list of check-in configurations and
click on the quick menu (     ) on Instructions. You can now also send this configuration via email (     ) to the respective persons.

In general, you can also use the check-in "Read-Only" configuration (as described above) to view registrations during the registration phase. To do this, you must activate the checkbox "Load only registrations" under "App Settings".
