How Invitario works



A typical invitation and registration process in Invitario involves several steps.

To better understand this, let's look at it from a guest's perspective:

  1. The guest receives a personalized email that they can open in any email client.
  2. This email contains an invitation text and a link to register.
  3. Once the guest clicks on the registration link, their browser opens and they are directed to the event's registration page.
  4. On this page is the registration form, which they need to fill out to register for the event.
  5. Once all required fields are filled out, they click "Register" and receive a confirmation directly in the browser window, as well as a confirmation email.
  6. On the confirmation page, there is a button to their personalized ticket.
  7. At the event check-in, the guest simply needs to open the link to the online ticket in the confirmation email to be easily and quickly checked in with the QR code on their ticket. Alternatively, they can save their online ticket as a wallet ticket on their smartphone or print it out as a PDF.
