Invitario has received some major updates to make it even easier to use.

Content Blocks and the New Design

Invitario now offers you the ability to add content modularly.  Some highlights of the new content blocks:
  1. Speaker
  2. Agenda
  3. Sponsors
  4. Image Gallery
  5. Video Embedding
  6. Multi-column Free Text

The new design can now also be set as "Full-Width Design".
Design > 2nd Tab "Settings" > Layout "Full Width"



With Templates you can quickly and easily create your events.

Additionally, on May 12, 2021  at 10:30 a.m., there will be a Webinar on the topic "Working with Templates".

User Permissions

User permissions have been expanded. There are three new "roles" – see the webinar starting at minute 15:50

  1. Account Administrator
    1. Is mainly responsible for the administration of the account (domains, email addresses, users, etc…)
    2. Has access to all account settings and all events
  2. Account User
    1. Has access to the account level (excluding administration) and all events of the account
  3. Event User
    1. Has access to their events (events they have created) and events they have been invited to collaborate on by other event users
    2. Has no access to account-level functions
