Connecting Leitz Icon label printers to an existing Wi-Fi network
With the Invitario App and the Leitz Icon Label Printer, you can conveniently and wirelessly print name badges and other labels directly at check-in.
If you rent the Leitz Icon label printer and a Wi-Fi router directly from Invitario, they will be delivered to you pre-configured. However, if you want to use your own Wi-Fi or if there is a problem with the connection between the printer and the Wi-Fi router, please follow these instructions to set up your Leitz Icon label printer. - Turn on the LTE router (i.e., plug it in). If you are using your own Wi-Fi, please ensure that the connection to the nearest router is strong enough.
- Turn on the printer (either by plugging it into the power via network adapter or by attaching the Leitz Icon battery pack).
- Open the Wi-Fi configuration on your computer and search for the printer's signal (you can find the name on the underside, e.g., ICON-09BC1A).
- Select it and connect your computer to the printer via Wi-Fi.

- Open a browser and enter the following IP address in the address bar: 192.168.1.1
- Enter the following login details in the login screen that appears:
User: admin
Password: password
- Select the second menu item "Wi-Fi Setup Wizard" > "Connect to Existing Network".
- Select the LTE router network with the name www.invitario.com (or the desired network)
- Enter the Wi-Fi password h4G7f8OP (the password for your network).
- Confirm the entry.
- The printer is now connected to the Wi-Fi router and can be found in the Invitario app on the iPad/scanner.
Ensure that the Leitz Icon label printer and the iPad or scanner with the Invitario app are on the same network.
