Connecting Leitz Icon label printers to an existing Wi-Fi network

With the Invitario App and the Leitz Icon Label Printer, you can conveniently and wirelessly print name badges and other labels directly at check-in.

If you rent the Leitz Icon label printer and a Wi-Fi router directly from Invitario, they will be delivered to you pre-configured. However, if you want to use your own Wi-Fi or if there is a problem with the connection between the printer and the Wi-Fi router, please follow these instructions to set up your Leitz Icon label printer.
  1. Turn on the LTE router (i.e., plug it in). If you are using your own Wi-Fi, please ensure that the connection to the nearest router is strong enough.
  2. Turn on the printer (either by plugging it into the power via network adapter or by attaching the Leitz Icon battery pack).
  3. Open the Wi-Fi configuration on your computer and search for the printer's signal (you can find the name on the underside, e.g., ICON-09BC1A).
  4. Select it and connect your computer to the printer via Wi-Fi.

  1. Open a browser and enter the following IP address in the address bar: 192.168.1.1
  2. Enter the following login details in the login screen that appears:
    User: admin
    Password: password
  1. Select the second menu item "Wi-Fi Setup Wizard" > "Connect to Existing Network".

  • Select the LTE router network with the name www.invitario.com (or the desired network)
  • Enter the Wi-Fi password h4G7f8OP (the password for your network).
  • Confirm the entry.
  • The printer is now connected to the Wi-Fi router and can be found in the Invitario app on the iPad/scanner.
Alert
Ensure that the Leitz Icon label printer and the iPad or scanner with the Invitario app are on the same network.
