September 2023 Product updates

We are starting the fall with great improvements and new features.
All the details and highlights of what our team worked on in September can be found in our new report.

Surveys

Take your events to the next level!
With the new "Surveys" feature in Invitario, you can gather valuable feedback from your participants after the event and effectively measure the success of the event.
To make the feature even easier to use, we have made some improvements.

Multiple-Choice Grid
This practical survey variant allows participants to answer multiple questions in exactly the same way, simplifying analysis. Responses can be easily quantified and analyzed, making it ideal for capturing large amounts of data.

Icons for question types
To quickly recognize and access different question types, there are now corresponding icons in the question type menu next to the different questions.

Deleting questions
To better organize your questionnaire, you can now easily delete unwanted questions.

Integrations

We have also made some progress with our integrations:
  1. Google Analytics 4
Learn more about the interests of your participants! Google Analytics 4 is now available as a tracking tool in Invitario. This allows you to collect meaningful data about your participants to improve future events.

  2. Better overview
The integrations page is now sorted alphabetically and offers a better overview. This way, you can quickly and easily find the integration you want.

API Updates

Our API documentation has received a major update to make data exchange with your linked software even more efficient.
  1. POST and PUT Payload Update:
Previously, only payloads that contained the "entire" payload defined by Invitario were accepted. Now it is possible to transmit and update only the desired data.

  2. Copyright Information:
Copyright information for graphics is now included in the corresponding payloads

  3. Other improvements:
    1. Email preview directly on the design page
    2. Adding a color indicator next to all color input fields
